Hi luvies,
A question I've been asked multiple times is what low volume means. In the most simple terms, High volume would mean for example a spa, that wants to book as many sessions as possible per day. Low volume is the opposite, it means that a limited number of sessions are available per week/day. I have found that to be fully present in the moment, and enjoy what I do, I need to be low volume. It's also a safety issue, being low volume allows for proper time to screen, and is less risky.
But you might be wondering what does this mean for you the client. Well, fair question. Essentially it means that I don't do more than 2 sessions a day, and therefore am often done before my listed times. It can also mean that the first time getting in can take longer, but I assure you I'm worth the wait, and it's much easier to get back once I know you. If you do need a later time, say 4pm just make sure to set it up early in the day, or even the day before. As always I do my utmost to be accommodating , while also trying to maintain a healthy work life balance for myself, so that when we do meet you get the best version of me.
Lilly White xoxo
